I.'m brand new to gambio trying to get shop set up and receiving this message Unexpected Server Error Function get_magic_quotes_gpc() is deprecated
Please check the Logging Options (Shop Settings > System Settings > Logging Options) and ensure E_DEPRECATED errors will be suppressed. If this does not help, please create a support ticket and store the access data (FTP data and admin login access data) in the customer portal so that we can investigate the problem more closely. I just see, you are using the shop version 3.12. The highest supported PHP version is 7.2. I guess you have 7.4, because get_magic_quotes_gpc is only deprecated since PHP 7.4. You should switch to PHP 7.2 in the settings of your server (ask your hosting provider for help). i am trying to update Update from 3.12.0.x to 4.1.1.0 I assume this will be better for me to have latest version with all improvements? hope to hear back soon
I don't quite know what to do now as this is in my portal and I don't know how to delete it? All very very difficult as it always german language and keep having to translate Is there a way of setting to default gambio always to English? Do I have to pay also the TOTAL PRICE € 198.00 plus 19% VAT Yesterday I paid the support you have just booked the Gambio GX4 software package (EUR 0) + 12 months of support (EUR 153.51) - thank you! Is the €198 on top of this? I check my bills page and the €153.51 not there?

There you have 2 basic options: You might download the update package for your shop to install the package yourself at no additional cost (service included to your support contract) or you might place a paid order to have the updates done by our staff. Only if you want us to do the full service you've to pay that as an extra. Please notice the tabs on that page to switch between the options.
