Hallo, haben unseren Shop von Internet24 zu Strato umgezogen. Haben folgendes gemacht: - Datensicherung per Filezilla in ein Shopverzeichnis eingespielt. - Neue Datenbank angelegt und datensicherung eingespielt - Daten im Gambio "Mein Shop" aktualisiert. - In Strato die Domain zuweisung gemacht auf das Verzeichnis. - Cache u. template_c über Filezilla gelöscht (nicht index, htaccess) Und der Shop geht nicht. Können uns sei es mit /Installer oder /updater nicht auf den Shop einloggen. Woran kann das liegen? Vielen Dank für schnelle Hilfe. MFG D`Angelo

Nicht die Berechtigung sondern den Inhalt der Datei. Da steht der Ort deines Shops drin. Beispielsweise: Code: $t_document_root = '/var/www/ALTERWEBSPACE/httpdocs/jotec24gx2/'; // absolute server path required (domain root) Und da stehen die Zugangsdaten für deine SQL-Datenbank drin. Guck mal hier im Forum unter (Link nur für registrierte Nutzer sichtbar.)

Nein dein neuer Server hat mit Sicherheit eine andere Verzeichnisstruktur. Du musst das $t_document_root wie Jotec24 geschrieben hat auch anpassen. Die kann der Shop nicht automatisch ermitteln. Wenn du es nicht selber kannst, musst du ein Ticket erstellen, damit Gambio dir hilft.
