Hallo Zusammen, entweder stimmt Eure Anleitung nicht, oder ich habe ein grundlegendes Problem mit Eurer Installation. Ich habe die Installation entpackt und auf meinem Server übertragen - alles ohne Fehler! Danach habe ich wie beschrieben die Rechte der angegebenen Verzeichnisse auf 777 und 444 geändert. Als nächsten Schritt habe ich die Installation aufgerufen und diverse Fehler erhalten 1) diverse Dateien seien nicht verfügbar (was nicht stimmt) 2) diverse Rechte seien falsch (obwohl ich mich 1:1 an die Anleitung gehalten habe) Im Glauben etwas grundlegendes Falsch gemacht zu haben - versuchte ich die Installation via FTP zu löschen - bis auf ein paar verbleibende Verzeichnisse ging das problemlos nur lassen sich die Verzeichnisse GM, IMAGES, MEDIA, TEMPLATES gar nicht mehr löschen???? Also den gesamten Prozess noch einmal durchgeführt (im alternativ-Folder natürlich). Also wieder alles kopiert, und jetzt mal den "xtc_installer" aufgerufen bevor ich die changemodes gamacht habe und siehe an... keine Fehler!!! Erst nachdem ich wieder genau nach Anleitung die Rechte auf 777 & 444 gesetzt habe - spinnt der Installer wieder !!! siehe unten... Was mache ich falsch und wieso kann ich die Installation nicht einfach wieder löschen??? Über jede Hilfe bin ich dankbar, ich den Shop übers WE fertig bringen muss :-( MfG Der Shop wurde nicht vollständig hochgeladen! Hallo Carsten, mal abgesehen vom posten einer unötig langen Fehlerliste, Dateirechte VOR der Installation auf 444 zu setzen halte ich für extrem ungünstig!
Hallo Manfred, was soll ich sagen, logisch erschien mir das auch nicht - wobei ich mir gedacht habe, daß ich mich besser 1:1 an die PDF Anleitung halte... Sollte sich keiner vom Support melden werde ich wohl noch einen Testlauf machen - mit den wenigen changemods die für mich sinnig wären - wie 777 für die configs... - wie hast Du den Shop installiert, auch nach Anleitung oder nach eigener Logik? Wo in der Anleitung steht, dass du die Verzeichnisse vor der Installation auf 444 setzen sollst? Ich habe mir gerade nochmal das Paket geladen und in meiner Anleitung stehen nur die Dateien für 777!
na direkt auf Seite 2 der "INSTALLATIONSANLEITUNG (Shopsystem-PDFModul-StyleEdit).pdf" da sagen die: Mittels Lese- und Schreibberechtigungen (CHMOD, Dateiattribute o.ä.) steuern Sie die Zugriffsrechte von Dateien und Ordnern auf Ihrem Webspace. Um einen einwandfreien Betrieb des Shopsystems zu gewährleisten und die Installation zu starten, müssen die Schreibberechtigung mittels Ihres FTPProgramms wie folgt gesetzt werden (Informationen über das Setzen von Berechtigungen (CHMOD) mit Ihrem FTP-Programm erhalten Sie in der Hilfe-Funktion Ihres FTP-Programms, oder direkt beim Hersteller): Alle nachfolgenden Dateien und Ordner müssen die Rechte 777 erhalten. /sitemap1.xml /admin/backups/ /admin/images/icons /admin/includes/configure.php /admin/includes/configure.org.php admin/sync4 /cache/ /export/ /images/ /images/banner/ /images/manufacturers/ /images/slider_images/ /import/ /includes/configure.php /includes/configure.org.php /templates_c/ dann ist ein Screenshot für alle folgenden Dateien mit 444 angezeigt: inkl. Der Screenshot ist doch nur ein Beispiel wo man die Berechtigungen setzen kann. Du solltest natürlich nur die im Text stehenden Anweisungen befolgen. Da steht nur die 777. Dann gibts auch keine Fehlermeldungen.

Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit dem Auffinden der Dateien deren Rechte ich ändern soll z. B. /sitemap1.xml. Kann mir da jemand helfen. Grüße Michael

In der Installationsanleitung steht doch jede einzelne Datei ganz genau mit dem Pfad aufgeführt. /sitemap1.xml heißt z.B. daß die Datei DIREKT auf der obersten Ebene in deinem Shop-Verzeichnis steht. Das heißt, wenn Du mit Deinem FTP-Programm auf Deinen Server gehst, den Ordner in den Deine Shop-Dateien kopiert sind öffnest und dann ein wenig runterscrollst, findest Du die Datei. Hallo Michael, herzlichen Dank für die schnelle Antwort. Leider existiert diese Datei aber auf dem Server nicht, obwohl ich alle Dateien nach Anleitung auf den FTP Server übertragen habe.... Auch finde ich die Datei nicht in der herunter geladenen Software Viele Grüße Michael P.S. Vielleicht sollte ich die Installation noch einmal komplett von vorne starten.
Hallo Michael! Wenn Du Dir das System mittels download verschafft hast, musst du ja erst einmal die ZIP-Datei auf Deinem Rechner entpacken. Dann erhälst Du einen Ordner "Shopsystem", in dem sich wiederum ein Ordner "Dateien" befindet. In DIESEM Ordner MUSS die Datei enthalten sein. Viele Grüße Michael
